Delivery & Returns


DELIVERY:

Our usual dress orders take between 4-7 weeks from the day payment and the required measurements are submitted. Our average delivery time is currently 5 weeks but bear in mind that the more complicated/hand beaded styles may take the maximum time of 7 weeks. Accessories and Favours take a maximum of 4 weeks.


RETURNS:

We classify our products in two major categories in regards to our returns policy. Please read below the applicable information for each category:

“MADE TO MEASURE” Gowns using 11 Measurements.

If you order a “made to measure” dress, using the 11 measurements, this means that the garment will be designed according to your unique body shape. In such cases we do not accept returns unless there have been major mistakes on the dress with its size, colour, or visible defects. We would like to assure you that it is extremely unlikely a dress to arrive in a defective condition, as extra care is taken when the dress is made and packaged. We also photograph each item before dispatch. Once this process is completed the dress is issued with a clearance certificate which is sent along with the dress to prove that such inspection has been carried out.

But if the dress arrives in unsatisfactory condition, you must notify us (sales@tobeasone.co.uk) within 3 calendar days of receiving your order, clearly stating the reason why you would like to return or exchange the goods and requesting a return authorization number (RAN).

After you are issued with a RAN number, you can send us back the goods (please do not return goods without such number). Goods must be posted within 7 days following delivery in its original condition (unworn with the labels still attached, no marks, stains, smoke scents, or altered in anyway, etc). The RAN number needs to be included in the package of the returned goods.

Once we receive the goods and determine that they qualify for a refund you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. If this is the case the refund shall be the total amount of the dress, less postage costs. Please allow 7 working days to receive your refund via the same payment method you originally used.

If we find that the dress is not defective in any way or that it has been misused, the goods will be sent back to you and no refund will be given.

If the goods are posted later then 7 days of receipt, the order will not qualify for a refund and will be sent back to you.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us shall be covered by you.

“MADE TO MEASURE” Gowns using our Standard Size Chart.

If you order a “made to measure” dress, using our standard size chart, this means that the dress will still be made especially for you, but based on standard measurements. In such cases we can accept returns if the dress is received in an a different/wrong size, colour, or with visible defects. You have to notify us (sales@tobeasone.co.uk) within 3 calendar days of receiving your order, clearly stating the reasons why you would like to return the dress and requesting an authorization returns number (RAN).
